NIS has adopted the Corporate Management Code of the Company which comprises its own principles of corporate management.

The objective of the Code is to introduce approved business customs that should ensure a balanced influence of their carriers, consistency of the control system, and strengthening of shareholders’ and investors’ trust in order to provide a long-term business development of the Company.
